Temporary Staff

MATADOR’s staff of experts, representing some 20 different nationalities, means you have an impressive pool of talent to draw on for temporary staff assignments. Most have experience in working in multicultural environments.

Our flexible system means that you may choose to directly supervise the employee, or ask MATADOR to handle management of the staff on assignment. Payment is on an hourly basis with the client controlling overtime, evening, holiday and other pay schedules.

Contract Employees

For large projects and other cases, setting a monthly contract fee for a temporary employee makes the most sense. MATADOR will contract with you for a guaranteed number of hours for the monthly fee, with the option for overtime and other work as needed.

Right to Hire

The benefits of temporary employment can extend beyond the contract period. It provides an unequalled chance to come to know a new person without the obligations of direct employment; when it is confirmed that the employee fits in well, a right to hire agreement with MATADOR means that the employee can become a full-time employee of your company.

Recruiting and Placement

MATADOR is a leader in the recruitment of IT experts, with a dedicated recruiting staff completely familiar with local employment issues, speeding the processing of Employment Passes and Visas and other documentation for foreign nationals working here. In most cases recruitment is made locally, but for specific needs we often use our regional offices to find the right person for the job.

Outplacement

The sensitive downsizing and retrenchment of personnel is a process that few human resource departments are prepared for. MATADOR provides individual career consultations to retrenched personnel incorporating technical and soft-skill evaluations, resume development and interview simulations, ultimately resulting in successful placement with a new employer.

MATADOR through its Tokyo office provides Japanese speaking IT and business professionals with extensive international business experience for its multi-national and Japanese clients.

Recruitment Methodology

MATADOR, through extensive experience, has developed a proven recruitment methodology:

  • Analyze the client’s specific staffing requirements and selection criteria.
