PUB Awards IT Services Contract to MATADORMarch 2009
MATADOR continues its strong penetration into the Singapore government sector.
Today, PUB awarded MATADOR a contract to provide IT services. PUB is Singapore’s national water agency responsible for the collection, production, distribution and reclamation of water in Singapore. Under the terms of the agreement, MATADOR will maintain PUB’s application systems, domain controllers, file and print servers, and devices connected to the servers in locations throughout Singapore, including the PUB Data Center.
With the Singapore government identifying water as a new growth sector and about S$330 million to be invested in water research and development in the next five years, MATADOR will play a strategic role in supporting PUB’s mission to continually improve the quality of public service to Singaporeans.
